AWG Tech and SPIC signed MOU for Air-Water Eco Industrial Park Projects

On January 30th, Atmospheric Water Generation Technology Ltd. (AWG Tech) announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Air-Water Eco Industry Park Projects with SPIC Zhonghu (Hainan) Low Carbon New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.. The MOU was jointly signed by Dr. SO Shu-fai, Vice Chairman and CEO of the company, Director and Company Advisor of SJM Holdings (0880), and Chairman of Domaine Power Holdings (0442), and Mr. ZHOU Haibo, General Manager of the SPIC Zhonghu. Subsequently, the company submitted letters of intent for cooperation in the atmospheric water generation industry to the governments of Nigeria and the Dominican Republic, which were received by the Consuls General of both countries in Hong Kong and Macao.

According to the MOU, the two companies intend to jointly invest in the construction of Air-Water Eco Industrial Parks in China and the Belt and Road Countries. The planning features of these projects are high sustainability, equipped with green electricity supplies and atmospheric water generation for the operation of planting, farming, beverages, hydrogen energy, data centers, computing centers, and other high electricity and water consumption industrial projects, also for Industrial supporting facilities including talent apartments, hotels, etc. In the phase 1 plan, atmospheric water generation capacity is 1,000 cubic meters per day, which can produce 2 million bottles of bottled water, beer, or other beverages.

The two companies have reached a series of strategic cooperation areas, including the fully integrating their leading resources with synergy and complementation, jointly promoting investment in new energy and new water source related construction projects, and continuing to consolidate and enhance their respective industry capabilities, domestic and overseas market influences, comprehensive competitiveness, and internationalization, etc.

Nigeria and Dominican Republic intend to develop atmospheric water generation industry

Dr. Ambrose SO Shu-fai, ComM, Vice Chairman and CEO of Atmospheric Water Generation Technology Ltd., has submitted Letters of Intent on building and investment of Air-water Eco Industrial Park to Hon. Dr. Adebayo Emmanuel ADEYEMI, Consul General of Nigeria in Hong Kong and Macao, and Hon. Eduardo Pelagio ALVAREZ HERNANDEZ, Consul General of Dominican in Hong Kong and Macao. Letter of intent for cooperation in building an atmospheric water ecological industrial park. The Consul General of the two countries will submit proposals for the Air-water Eco Industrial Parks projects to their national governments to urge policy support, investment from sovereign funds and funding from international organizations, and to promote the development of global atmospheric water industry and implementation of atmospheric water rights.
