The funds will be used to acquire atmospheric water generation equipment and related patent licenses, which will be sold and leased through market operators in various Middle Eastern countries. A portion of the proceeds will be distributed to token holders, and we will seek to list the token on a licensed exchange to enhance liquidity.”
It is reported that since the implementation of the licensing regime by the Hong Kong government for virtual asset service providers, the first approved Security Token Offering (STO) on Real Estate was publicly announced on September 11th by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
