On January 30th, Atmospheric Water Generation Technology Ltd. (AWG Tech) announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Air-Water Eco Industry Park Projects with SPIC Zhonghu (Hainan) Low Carbon New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.. The MOU was jointly signed by Dr. SO Shu-fai, Vice Chairman and CEO of the company, Director and Company Advisor of SJM Holdings (0880), and Chairman of Domaine Power Holdings (0442), and Mr. ZHOU Haibo, General Manager of the SPIC Zhonghu.
